Passionn\u00e9e de musique durant son enfance, elle envisage d&rsquo;abord une carri\u00e8re de pianiste avant qu&rsquo;une blessure ne l&rsquo;oriente vers le mannequinat. Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 f\u00e9minine de Dongduk, elle se fait remarquer lors du <strong>SBS Super Model Contest<\/strong> et devient l&rsquo;un des visages embl\u00e9matiques de YG KPlus, d\u00e9filant pour de nombreuses marques et apparaissant dans les principaux magazines de mode cor\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle d\u00e9bute comme actrice en 2014 dans <em>It&rsquo;s Okay, That&rsquo;s Love<\/em>, puis encha\u00eene avec <em>Queen&rsquo;s Flower<\/em>, <em>Cheese in the Trap<\/em> und <em>Doctors<\/em>. Sa carri\u00e8re prend une nouvelle dimension en 2016 gr\u00e2ce au r\u00f4le de <strong>Kim Bok-joo<\/strong> in <em>Die Gewichtheberin Kim Bok-joo<\/em>, une com\u00e9die romantique devenue culte qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le son talent pour m\u00ealer humour, \u00e9motion et naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par la suite, elle confirme sa popularit\u00e9 avec <em>About Time<\/em>, les saisons 2 et 3 de <strong>Dr. Romantic<\/strong>, <em>Sh**ting Stars<\/em> et le m\u00e9lodrame <em>Call It Love<\/em>. En parall\u00e8le, elle pr\u00eate r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sa voix \u00e0 plusieurs bandes originales de dramas et participe \u00e0 diverses \u00e9missions musicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2025, Lee Sung-kyung partage l&rsquo;affiche de <strong>The Good Man<\/strong> avec Lee Dong-wook, o\u00f9 elle interpr\u00e8te Kang Mi-young, tout en faisant une apparition dans <em>Der Spieler 2: Meister der Betr\u00fcger<\/em>.
