Shin Si-ah (\uc2e0\uc2dc\uc544) is a South Korean actress and model born on May 12, 1998. She is studying theater and film at Hanyang University, having developed an interest in the stage and musicals at a very young age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She first appeared in a few low-budget productions, notably the short film Prasad<\/em> in 2019. Her career really took off when she was chosen from among more than 1,400 candidates to play the lead role in The Witch: Part 2. The Other One<\/em>. Released in 2022, the film helped her gain recognition among a wide audience. In it, she plays a mysterious young woman from an experimental program, in a particularly physically demanding role that blends action and fantasy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2025, Shin Si-ah continued her film career with The Old Woman with the Knife<\/em>, in which she plays the younger version of Hornclaw. The film was featured in the Berlinale Special section. That same year, she also played Han Seo-yoon in the romance Even If This Love Disappears From the World Tonight<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She made her true debut in a television series in 2025 with Resident Playbook<\/em>, a spin-off series of Hospital Playlist<\/em>. In the series, she plays Pyo Nam-kyung, a first-year resident in obstetrics and gynecology, alongside Go Youn-jung, Kang You-seok, and Han Ye-ji. This role allows her to showcase a more down-to-earth and emotional side following her remarkable debut in action films.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2027, she is scheduled to appear in Grand Galaxy Hotel<\/em>, in which she plays Ko Sang-sun in one of the leading roles.
