She made her debut in the music industry in 2009 by joining the girl group After School, and in 2010 she joined its sub-unit, Orange Caramel. She gradually shifted her focus to acting and has built an increasingly prominent career in K-dramas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a few leading roles, she made a name for herself in <em>The Good Wife<\/em> in 2016, in which she played the investigator Kim Dan. She then took center stage with <em>Kill It<\/em> in 2019, playing the role of Detective Do Hyun-jin, and then <em>Justice<\/em>, in which she plays District Attorney Seo Yeon-ah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2020, Nana played the lead role of Goo Se-ra in <em>Memorials<\/em> (<em>Into the Ring<\/em>), a political comedy in which her character enters public life. She goes on to star in <em>Oh! Master<\/em> in 2021, then takes a sharp turn in <em>Glitch<\/em> in 2022, playing the role of Heo Bo-ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The year 2023 has cemented her status as one of the most popular actresses on streaming platforms. In <em>Mask Girl<\/em>, she plays one of the incarnations of Kim Mo-mi, the central character in a dark thriller about identity, appearance, and fame. She also plays Oh Baek-ryeon in the fantasy romance <em>My Man Is Cupid<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an appearance in <em>The Player 2: Master of Swindlers<\/em> In 2024, she'll be back in 2026 with two major projects. In <em>Climax<\/em>, she plays the lead role of Hwang Jeong-won, and she also stars in <em>Scandal<\/em>, in which she plays Hui-yeon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the big screen, she has appeared notably in <em>The Swindlers<\/em>, <em>Confession<\/em> and <em>Omniscient Reader<\/em>.
