At the center of this drama is Bang Ok-sook, played by Jeon Do-yeon. After years of hardship, this woman has finally managed to buy what means much more to her than just a place to live: an apartment with a view of the Han River<\/strong> within the Noble Gold Castle residential complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So when a redevelopment project in a neighboring neighborhood begins to threaten real estate prices, she has no intention of standing by and watching the value of her property fluctuate without taking action. Bang Ok-sook thus becomes a central figure in the Noble Gold Castle residents\u2019 association and leads the effort to stop the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But his opponent isn't exactly the type to give up easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Park Hae-soo will play the role of Yoon Tae-woong<\/strong>, president of the association in charge of the redevelopment. Described as a \u00abnice gangster\u00bb about whom all sorts of rumors circulate, he has, above all, a particularly intimidating track record: 100 %: Success in Its Redevelopment Projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he takes over a project that had been stalled for ten years and quickly manages to get it back on track, the Noble Gold Castle Residents\u2019 Association finds itself under direct threat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The drama will therefore pit two sides against each other that seem to operate using almost identical methods. On one side, a residents\u00ab association described as having \u00bbgangster-like\u201d tactics when it comes to defending real estate prices. On the other, a man portrayed as a genuine gangster who is determined to see the redevelopment through to the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scheduled for the first half of 2027, the drama will be directed by Kim Hyung-sik<\/strong>, director of \u00abUnder the Queen\u2019s Umbrella,\u00bb based on a screenplay by Lee Ki-chul<\/strong>, screenwriter of the film \u00abEscape from Mogadishu.\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
