The series is thus expected to blend legal strategy with heist storytelling, while offering a less conventional take on the concepts of law and justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kim Nam-gil and Lee Joo-bin could make a formidable duo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kim Nam-gil was offered the role of <strong>Jang Do-young<\/strong>, a man who views the ruthless world of trials as a giant gambling table. To him, legal proceedings become wagers he is willing to take on without hesitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lee Joo-bin, for her part, could play the role of <strong>Cha Ha-kyung<\/strong>, a wealthy and privileged lawyer who isn't primarily motivated by money. What she seeks above all else is victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her obsession with winning is likely to lead her to team up with Jang Do-young, forming a duo embroiled in legal battles where the financial stakes will be particularly high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The Shady Lawyer<\/em> is scheduled to air on <strong>ENA<\/strong>.
