On October 13, the actor's lawyer, <strong>Ko Sang-rok<\/strong>The actress's YouTube channel has clarified a number of points, claiming that the KakaoTalk messages presented by the actress's family as proof of an inappropriate relationship when she was a minor would be <strong>\"entirely falsified<\/strong> and <strong>\"materially impossible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A schedule that contradicts messages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Mr. Ko, the exchanges dated June 2016 could not have come from Kim Soo-hyun, as the actor was then in the middle of shooting the film Real, in a particularly intense production phase. But according to her lawyer, these messages do not contain <strong>no identifiable details<\/strong> no personal reference linking the sender to the actor. He accused Garo Sero Institute (GaSeYeon), the YouTube channel behind the messages, of modifying the sender's profile and photo to make it look like Kim Soo-hyun.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"736\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/kdramakopi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sms-ksh-ksr.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kdramakopi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sms-ksh-ksr.jpg 736w, https:\/\/www.kdramakopi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sms-ksh-ksr-386x420.jpg 386w, https:\/\/www.kdramakopi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/sms-ksh-ksr-11x12.jpg 11w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 736px) 100vw, 736px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">According to Me Ko, the kakaotalk conversations were falsified.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Towards a legal counter-attack<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lawyer maintains that this falsification was deliberate, pointing out that <strong>GaSeYeon, the family's legal representatives and several third parties<\/strong> have collaborated to disseminate these messages, despite easily verifiable inconsistencies. He is now calling for <strong>complete capture of conversations, photos and videos exchanged<\/strong> in focus groups involving the parties concerned, to demonstrate that the evidence has been manipulated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since last March, Kim Sae-ron's family has accused Kim Soo-hyun of having had a relationship with the actress while she was still a minor. In response, the actor <strong>sued for defamation and damages in the amount of 120 billion won<\/strong>while denying any inappropriate behavior during the period when Kim Sae-ron was a minor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case, already at the heart of a vast media debate in South Korea, continues to divide public opinion.
