Disney+ has finally unveiled the first images from \u00ab\u00a0Made in Korea 2<\/a>\u00ab, the long-awaited sequel to its original series released in December 2025. In addition to announcing a September premiere, the streaming service unveiled a new teaser and a poster that offer a first look at the sequel to this political thriller starring Hyun Bin, Jung Woo-sung, and Woo Do-hwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This second season will continue the story 9 years after the events of the first chapter<\/strong>, promising an even more intense power struggle. As a reminder, Season 1 followed Baek Ki-tae, played by Hyun Bin, a man obsessed with power and wealth, and prosecutor Jang Geon-young, played by Jung Woo-sung, who is willing to sacrifice everything to stop him, all set against the backdrop of the upheavals of the 1970s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the first season, Baek Ki-tae<\/strong> (Hyun Bin) had managed to rise to the highest echelons of power. Now a director, he seems more influential than ever, as shown in the new poster, where he is pictured sitting in a spacious official office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, the teaser opens with a line that perfectly sums up his rise to fame: \u00abI\u2019ve been waiting for this moment for a very long time.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still driven by boundless ambition, Baek Ki-tae now seems ready to go even further, convinced that each of his choices can change the course of history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An even more explosive showdown<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

But this rise will not come without consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trailer confirms the return of Jang Geon-young<\/strong> (Jung Woo-sung<\/strong>), the prosecutor who had sacrificed everything to try to bring down Baek Ki-tae in the first season. After years of planning his revenge, he returns, determined to resume the fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teaser also introduces Baek Ki-hyun<\/strong>played by Woo Do-hwan<\/strong>, who took a completely different path from his brother's to rise to power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
