Membre du groupe BTOB depuis 2012, il d\u00e9veloppe rapidement une carri\u00e8re parall\u00e8le d\u2019acteur et devient l\u2019un des idols les plus identifi\u00e9s au petit \u00e9cran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il fait quelques apparitions dans <em>Monstar<\/em>, <em>The Heirs<\/em> ou encore <em>Reply 1994<\/em> avant d\u2019obtenir un premier r\u00f4le important dans <em>Plus Nine Boys<\/em> en 2014, o\u00f9 il joue Kang Min-gu. Sa popularit\u00e9 augmente fortement en 2015 avec <em>Who Are You: School 2015<\/em>. Il y incarne Gong Tae-kwang, lyc\u00e9en rebelle et attachant, un r\u00f4le qui le fait largement conna\u00eetre aupr\u00e8s du public des dramas. La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, il change totalement de registre avec le thriller myst\u00e9rieux <em>The Village: Achiara\u2019s Secret<\/em>, dans lequel il interpr\u00e8te le policier Park Woo-jae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2016, il d\u00e9croche l\u2019un de ses r\u00f4les les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres dans <em>Goblin<\/em>. Il y joue Yoo Deok-hwa, h\u00e9ritier excentrique et impr\u00e9visible li\u00e9 aux deux personnages surnaturels principaux. Le succ\u00e8s international de la s\u00e9rie renforce consid\u00e9rablement sa notori\u00e9t\u00e9 comme acteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es davantage consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s musicales et t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9es, il revient en 2020 avec <em>Mystic Pop-up Bar<\/em>. Il incarne Han Kang-bae, un jeune homme poss\u00e9dant l\u2019\u00e9trange facult\u00e9 de pousser les personnes qu\u2019il touche \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler leurs secrets. En 2022, apr\u00e8s son service militaire, il tient le premier r\u00f4le de <em>The Golden Spoon<\/em>, o\u00f9 il joue Lee Seung-cheon, un jeune homme pauvre qui obtient la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9changer sa destin\u00e9e avec celle d\u2019un h\u00e9ritier fortun\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2025, Yook Sung-jae confirme son attrait pour le fantastique avec <em>The Haunted Palace<\/em>.
