Kim Kyung-nam (Kim Kyung-nam), born on December 21, 1988, in Seoul, is a South Korean actor. He made his television debut in 2012 with an appearance in Faith, before going on to play several small roles in series such as Shining Romance, Gap Dong and Age of Youth. His career really took off in 2017, when he appeared in a series of Defendant, Strongest Deliveryman and above all Prison Game Book, in which he plays Lee Joon-dol, Lee Joon-ho's brother.
In 2018, he took on a number of projects with Come and Hug Me, About Time and Where Stars Land. His portrayal of Yoon Hyeon-moo in Come and Hug Me which earned him the Best New Actor award at the MBC Drama Awards. The following year marked a new milestone with Special Labor Inspector Jo, in which he landed one of his first major leading roles as Chun Deok-goo.
In 2020, Kim Kyung-nam gained greater recognition thanks to the fantasy drama The King: Eternal Monarch. In it, he plays Kang Shin-jae, a police officer connected to the mystery surrounding the series’ two parallel universes. He goes on to Revolutionary Sisters in 2021, in which she played Han Ye-seul, and then, that same year, took on the role of Min Woo-cheon in The One and Only, which aired through 2022.
After a hiatus from the screen, he returns in 2024 in the crime thriller Login. Alongside Ji Sung and Jeon Mi-do, he plays Won Jong-soo, the central character of the story, confirming his shift toward more complex roles. In 2025, he also made a cameo appearance in Law and the City.
In 2026, he joined the fantasy legal drama The Phantom Lawyer (Phantom Lawyer), in which he plays Yang Do-gyeong, a lawyer and representative of the Taebaek law firm. He plays a significant supporting role in the film. His filmography includes, among others, The Discloser (2018) and Inseparable Bros (2019). Kim Kyung-nam is best known for a television career that he has gradually built up, progressing from supporting roles to leading roles.
