Sim Eun-kyeong (Shim Eun-kyung), born on May 31, 1994, in Seoul, is a South Korean actress. She began her career at a very young age, as a child, and quickly gained recognition in several historical and family dramas, notably Hwang Jin Yi, The Legend and Women of the Sun.
His film career really took off with Sunny in 2011, in which she plays the young Na-mi. She then appears in Masquerade in 2012, before landing one of his most iconic roles in Miss Granny in 2014. In it, she plays Oh Doo-ri, a young woman who is actually the younger version of a woman in her seventies. She went on to star in films such as Last Train to Busan, Fabricated City, Psychokinesis and The Princess and the Matchmaker.
On television, in 2014, she played the lead role of Seol Nae-il in Naeil’s Cantabile. After several years spent primarily working in film, she returns in a leading role in Money Game in 2020, in which she plays Lee Hye-joon.
Sim Eun-kyeong has also spent a significant part of her career in Japan. She has appeared in, among other works, Newspaper Reporter in 2019, and then in Japanese TV series Nana-ri no Hisho, Anonymous: Keishicho “Yubisatsujin” Countermeasures Office and Gunjo Ryoiki. She also appears in 100 Times "I Wish I Hadn't Done That" in 2023.
In 2025, she plays a supporting role in Way Back Love. In 2026, she returned to the spotlight in Korea with Mad Concrete Dreams, in which she plays Yo Na, one of the main characters.
