The story follows Yoo Bo-na, a married woman leading a double life as a contract killer for a secret organization, and her husband Kwon Tae-seong, who is determined to find out the secret she is keeping from him.
Gong Hyo-jin plays Yoo Bo-na, a 35-year-old woman forced to return to her work as a professional assassin after a three-year hiatus to raise her child.

Officially, the members of the sales department work just like any other office employees. Unofficially, they form a covert unit tasked with neutralizing criminals through remote assassinations, poisonings, or carefully staged accidents.
To maintain their cover, the team members use their own specialized vocabulary. Targets become «clients,» while missions are referred to simply as «meetings.» At the head of the group is Kim Bong-pal, played by Sung Dong-il. An expert in the art of making murders look like accidents, he also has a deeply human side and doesn’t hesitate to share his thoughts after each mission.
Yu Bo-na, played by Kong Hyo-jin, remains the team’s main asset, however. A formidable sharpshooter, she is known in the field by the nickname «Kingfisher.» After three years on maternity leave, she returns to the field to protect both her family and society.
Alongside Yu Bo-na, Moo Jin-sung plays Ki Young-do, a genius hacker nicknamed «Crazy Fingers.» As the group’s technical mastermind, he lends a hand during operations, though he can be difficult at times.
Kim Nam-hee plays Bong Tae-min, an engineer specializing in the development of weapons and equipment. Nicknamed «Rotten Mold,» he spends most of his time in his workshop. Ha Yul-ri plays Oh Hyun-nam, a new recruit who is an expert in poisoning. Her outspoken nature and frankness are likely to lead to several confrontations with Bong Tae-min.
Finally, Heo Jae-ho plays Go Young-gap, a former doctor who is now dedicated to fighting criminals, while Kim Ga-hee plays Yang Ye-sol, an expert in document forgery and administrative support.
