Kang Tae-gu and the Neighbor Who Fell from the Sky
The leader of the trio, Kang Tae-gu (Kang Hoon), is still chasing a dream that eludes him. That’s when Go Eun-young, played by Lee Yi-dam, bursts into his life like a bolt from the blue.
Described as «the girl next door,» she bursts onto the scene just when he least expects it. This encounter could very well be connected to the mysterious woman who, according to the synopsis, will push the three friends to seek a new path.
Kim Nam-il and Lee Na-yeon: Ten Years of Friendship
For Kim Nam-il (Cho Hyun-chul), love is nothing new. He has been in a relationship for ten years with Lee Na-yeon (Moon Hee), who has always supported him in his career as a comedian.
The teaser highlights the sweetness of this established couple. With amused tenderness, Na-yeon wonders how someone can be so annoying… and so adorable at the same time. Yet this affection could be put to the test: Nam-il is torn between his dream and his love for her.
The third duo is significantly more intense. Han Jun-seo (Kim Jung-jin), the group’s treasurer, has a hard time opening up to others. He’s all the more thrown off balance by Go Ji-young, played by Yoon Ga-yi, who openly flirts with him and refuses to let up.
When he bluntly replies, «You’re not my type,» she doesn’t let it faze her and immediately asks him what his type is. For now, there’s no spark in sight… but Ji-young’s persistence might just pay off in the end.
As much a romantic comedy as it is a coming-of-age story
With this teaser, «Happy Anding» reveals another side of itself. Beyond the story of three comedians who refuse to give up, the series also promises to be an ensemble romantic comedy, where each character experiences love in their own way.
«Happy Anding» will air starting Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 10:50 p.m. (Korean time)—which is 2:50 p.m. in France—on tvN, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. No international streaming platform has been announced yet.
