Roh Yoon-seo (Noh Yoon-seo) is a South Korean actress and model born on January 25, 2000, in Seoul. After graduating with a degree in fine arts from Ewha Womans University in 2023, she began her career as a commercial model before turning to acting.
She made her debut in 2022 in Our Blues, in which she plays Bang Young-joo, a high school student dealing with an unplanned pregnancy. This leading role quickly drew attention and led to her next project, the Netflix film 20th Century Girl, in which she plays Yeon-du.
In 2023, it continued to gain popularity thanks to Love in Make-Up Classes (Crash Course in Romance), in which she plays Nam Hae-yi. Her performance earned her the Best New Actress in Television award at the Baeksang Arts Awards. That same year, she also appeared in Black Knight.
In 2024, she plays Jeon Ui-seon in The Frog and makes a cameo appearance in Love Next Door. Most importantly, she plays one of the film's leading roles Hear Me: Our Summer, a performance that earned her the Baeksang Arts Award for Best New Actress in 2025.
In 2026, she continued her rise to fame with the lead role of Saeng-gang in The Eastern Palace. She also appears in the movie Snowfall and joined the show as a regular cast member Fresh off the Sea Season 3.
It is scheduled for 2027 in My Reason to Die, where she will play Nam Ji-o, as well as in the upcoming second season of Moving.
