Kim Ji-yeon and Park Seo-ham will be under the same roof in the next episode of « Dive Into You »!" After trying to change the past to save her first love, Yoon Ha-na discovers a new reality in which she now shares her daily life with Jung Woo-jae.
But behind this unexpected coexistence, a troubling detail suggests that the young man's fate may still be in jeopardy.
The fantasy romance drama «Dive Into You» stars Kim Ji-yeon (Bona from WJSN) as Yoon Ha-na, a famous actress who mysteriously swaps bodies with her twin brother, Yoon Ha-ru (Jang Se-hyuk).
Using an old camcorder that can transport them through time, the twins travel back to the past with one goal in mind: to prevent the death of Jung Woo-jae (Park Seo-ham), Ha-na's first love.
Kim Ji-yeon and Park Seo-ham Become Roommates After Another Trip Through Time
In previous episodes, Yoon Ha-na and her brother went to great lengths to prevent Jung Woo-jae from quitting judo.
Their efforts seemed to have paid off, as the young man ultimately took first place in the national team tryouts. This significant change gave him hope that his future might be different.
But in Episode 5, Ha-na returns to 2013 and finds herself in a situation she hadn't anticipated. She and Woo-jae are now students at the same university, and, even more surprisingly, they're living together.
The newly released images show the two characters comfortably seated side by side in their living room, chatting over a drink. It’s a peaceful scene that contrasts with Ha-na’s desperate efforts to prevent Woo-jae from disappearing.
This newfound closeness could allow him to spend more time with his first love, but also to better understand the events that threaten his future. It remains to be seen how their relationship will evolve as they live together.
A troubling detail calls Ha-na's efforts into question
Despite her new life on campus, Yoon Ha-na makes a discovery that could jeopardize her hopes. She learns that Jung Woo-jae is now training to become a bodyguard.
This news immediately raises concerns: even though Ha-na and her brother managed to change the course of his judo career, the young man seems to be heading toward a profession that could once again put him in danger.
In other words, changing an event from the past does not necessarily guarantee that one’s fate will be different. This revelation raises questions about the real consequences of time travel.
Did Ha-na’s actions truly change Woo-jae’s future, or will events ultimately lead him to the same fate? For the young woman, it therefore becomes essential to understand what truly threatens her first love—beyond his athletic career.
And this new living arrangement could give him a valuable opportunity to stay by her side while he looks for another solution.
Episode 5 of «Dive Into You» will air on October 10, 2026, at 10:40 p.m. (Korean time) and will then be available on Viki.
