Just a few days before its release, " Our Sticky Love » continues to reveal its tender romance. Netflix has shared a new set of photos featuring Jung Hae-in and Ha Young, while the two actors reflected on their collaboration and the elements that make their story so special.
Memory loss, an unexpected living arrangement, and budding feelings—these two characters promise a romance that’s as touching as it is endearing.
An encounter that sparks a love story
The new footage looks back at the first meeting between Jang Tae-ha (Jung Hae-in) and Go Eun-sae (Ha Young), which takes place in a field hospital after the young prosecutor loses her memory.
Convinced by Tae-ha when he claims to be her boyfriend, Eun-sae finds herself sharing her daily life with him in a peaceful village known for its yeot, a traditional Korean confection.
The following photos show their relationship gradually evolving, with knowing glances, tender gestures, and moments of closeness that hint at an increasingly sincere romance.
A romance that grows stronger through adversity
When asked about his first collaboration with Ha Young, Jung Hae-in didn’t hide his admiration: «I felt that she was a passionate actress and that she radiated an incredibly positive energy. She portrayed Go Eun-sae with great subtlety, which helped me immensely during filming.»
For her part, Ha Young explained that she learned a lot from her co-star: «We talked a lot about how to make our characters even more endearing and how to make the audience’s hearts race, even with the same lines. Jung Hae-in always asked for my opinion, and that helped me tremendously with my acting.»
The two actors also named the yeot as the symbol of the series.
Jung Hae-in explains, «The more the yeot »The more it's exposed to heat, the stickier it becomes. Jang Tae-ha and Go Eun-sae are just like that: the more trials they face, the closer they grow to each other and the more they overcome them together."
Ha Young adds, «I hope viewers will follow the evolution of their love, which begins as a chance encounter before becoming true destiny, until it is as closely intertwined as the yeot. "
«Our Sticky Love» will be available in its entirety on August 7 on Netflix, and we can't wait to see Jung Hae-in again!
