It's You, No Matter What

Filmed in the first half of 2022, the drama starring Jung Yong-hwa and Hong Seung-hee had remained unreleased ever since due to a lack of a broadcaster. That long wait is now coming to an end: the series has found a network and a premiere date—it will air on Lifetime on October 24, 2026.

«It’s You, Regardless» promises a romance that’s anything but typical between two characters whose encounter is sure to take an unpredictable turn.

Jung Yong-hwa plays an actor suffering from a mysterious «fatal flaw,» the exact nature of which has not yet been revealed. His life is turned upside down when he meets a woman who is just as unusual: she is convinced to be the lead actress in a drama.

This character will be played by Hong Seung-hee, best known for «Navillera» and «Move to Heaven.» The drama will mark the first collaboration between the two actors.

The synopsis remains deliberately vague about the circumstances of their meeting and how the young woman’s conviction will influence their relationship. But this clash between a real actor and a woman convinced that her own life follows the rules of fiction should serve as the starting point for the romantic comedy.
