Park Hae-jin is a South Korean actor and model born on May 1, 1983, in Busan. He made his television debut in 2006 in Famous Princesses, where his performance quickly brought him to the public's attention. The very next year, he landed a leading role in As High as the Sky, As Wide as the Earth, before appearing in East of Eden in 2008, and then Hot Blood in 2009.
After several years in the business, he has further boosted his popularity with My Daughter Seo-young in 2012. In 2013, he joined the cast of My Love from the Star in the role of Lee Hui-kyung. The series' international success has greatly contributed to raising her profile outside of South Korea.
In 2014, Park Hae-jin starred in several major productions. He played Han Jae-joon in Doctor Stranger, and then Lee Jung-moon, a particularly intelligent young man suspected of murder, in the thriller Bad Guys. In 2016, he played the lead role of Yoo Jung in Cheese in the Trap, an adaptation of a popular webtoon. He has also appeared in several Chinese productions, including Far Away Love and The Relativity of Love.
He continues with the spy thriller Man to Man in 2017, in which he plays Agent Kim Seol-woo. On the big screen, he reprises the role of Yoo Jung in the adaptation of Cheese in the Trap in 2018.
In 2020, he played the lead roles in Forest and Kkondae Intern. He then returns to From Now On, It's Showtime! in 2022, in which he plays the magician Cha Cha-woong, and then in the thriller The Killing Vote in 2023, playing the role of police officer Kim Mu-chan.
In 2026, it is announced in Good Partner Season 2, in which he plays Park Tae-su, and he is also involved in the project Endfeel.
