Two law firms, one building, and a lawyer everyone is fighting over. In « Good Partner 2 », the rivalry between Cha Eun-kyung (Jang Nara) and Park Tae-su (Park Hae-jin) takes a new turn: both want to recruit Kang Hye-sung (Kim Hye-yoon). The new images offer a glimpse into this battle, and the two actors open up about the complex relationship between their characters.

Two offices, one floor apart
The battle is being fought in a building located right across from the courthouse. On the seventh floor is REBOM, Cha Eun-kyung’s law firm. Just above it, on the eighth floor, is Park Tae-su’s Taesu Law Firm, which moved there with a very specific plan in mind: win over its rival's customers by slashing prices.
The new footage shows Cha Eun-kyung visiting him in person. The atmosphere is electric: Park Tae-su greets her with disarming calm, while she looks visibly upset.

Kang Hye-sung, the Sought-After Lawyer
The rivalry quickly goes beyond a simple neighborhood dispute. It turns into a full-blown battle to recruit Kang Hye-sung. Cha Eun-kyung is banking on her experience and expertise. Park Tae-su, for his part, intends to win her over in his own way, driven by his ambition to become the top divorce attorney.

And the suspense remains. The footage shows Kang Hye-sung exploring REBOM with curiosity, but also delighted to receive Park Tae-su's business card. Enough to leave cast doubt on the firm she will choose.

«Good Partner?» rather than «Good Partner!»
Jang Nara describes Park Tae-su as a multifaceted character with strong professional convictions, but whose relationship with Cha Eun-kyung is fraught with conflict.

Park Hae-jin sums up their relationship with a phrase: more «Good Partner?» than «Good Partner!» While he respects Cha Eun-kyung, his character also harbors complex feelings toward her, ranging from a hidden inferiority complex behind that respect and the desire to beat her.

With an unyielding Cha Eun-kyung, a Park Tae-su who moves forward with a smile, and a Kang Hye-sung courted by both of them, Season 2 seems poised to blend legal battles with delightful rivalries.
«Good Partner 2» will air starting Friday, November 20, 2026, at 9:50 p.m. (Korean time)—which is 1:50 p.m. in France—on SBS, and will be available on Viki (this news just came out!), the platform where Season 1 is already available.
