«Jjinhan Confession: 183Hz» will explore a professional relationship that is complicated, to say the least. The story begins when Go Eun-young reunites with the man who was her boss when she was just starting out in the workforce.

At the time, Baek Sun-ho was a particularly strict and intimidating boss, to the point of leaving a rather terrifying impression on the young new hire. But when he reappears in her life, Eun-young discovers a man who seems to have changed completely. This unexpected transformation becomes the starting point for an office romance between the two characters.

The original work, published as a web novel between June and December 2020, has built a strong readership and has also been adapted into a webtoon.

Hwang In-youp had already been cast last May in the role of Baek Sun-ho. His pairing with Nam Ji-hyun will therefore introduce a new romantic duo following his recent appearance in «Dream to You.»
