You and Everything Else invites us to follow the emotional journey of two women, Eun Jung (Kim Go-eun) and Sang Yeon (Park Ji-hyun), whose unbreakable bond will be put to the test for more than 40 years. A story marked by tenderness and admiration, but also by jealousy and unspoken feelings.

The drama traces their relationship through 4 major stages of life. As a teenager, Eun Jung is sunny and well-liked, despite her modest family background. Sang Yeon, from a wealthy background, seems more reserved, even solitary.
