For a first date, we've had more romantic ones. SBS reveals new images from « Nine to Six », which show the moment when Kang Yi-ji (Park Min-young) crosses paths with Han Seon-woo for the first time (Yook Sungjae). A phone that fell on the street, a misunderstanding, and a lawyer who won't let up: the tone of their relationship is set.

Two personalities who are polar opposites
The two heroes are complete opposites. Kang Yi-ji is the assistant manager of the legal department at Chronic Motors, a a perfectionist who has proven himself through his competence and never leaves anything to chance.
Han Seon-woo, on the other hand, is a an intern who has just joined his team : thoughtful, sensitive, and with a radically different worldview.
Their encounter begins with a trivial incident. Han Seon-woo drops his phone in the middle of the street, and Kang Yi-ji picks it up. But instead of simply returning it to him, she blocks his path, stares at him intently, and demands an explanation. Faced with a flustered Han Seon-woo, she goes so far as to cite the relevant sections of the law, with the same relentless logic she applies at the office.

«It's a misunderstanding!»
Caught off guard, the young man points at himself, his eyes wide, swearing that there must be a mistake. But it’s no use: faced with Kang Yi-ji’s firmness, he’s no match for her. It was a rather eventful first encounter, made all the more intriguing by the fact that the intern would soon discover that this unyielding woman was… his new boss.

«Nine to Six» will air starting Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. (Korean time)—which is 1:00 p.m. in France—on SBS. The drama will be available internationally on Prime Video.
