Park Gyu-young (박규영), born on July 27, 1993, in Busan, is a South Korean actress. While studying at Yonsei University, she was discovered in 2015 after appearing in a university magazine. She then signed with JYP Entertainment and made her screen debut in 2016, first in the music video Crosswalk by Jo Kwon, before going on to land leading roles on television.
She has gradually been making a name for herself in several popular dramas, including Bring It On, Ghost, Solomon’s Perjury, Suspicious Partner, Rain or Shine and Romance Is a Bonus Book. In 2019, she left JYP Entertainment to join Saram Entertainment, a move that coincided with a significant acceleration in her career.
