Hong Min-gi (홍민기), born on March 12, 2002, is a South Korean actor and model. He began appearing on screen in 2020 in several web series, including 187 cm Male Friend and 155 cm Female Friend. In 2021, he played the lead role of Yeon-ho in the movie Hold Me.
He continued his career with an appearance in Dear.M in 2022, and then gained even more visibility thanks to Night Has Come in 2023, in which he plays Jang Hyun-ho. In 2024, he plays the teenage version of Seok Ji-won in Love Your Enemy.
The year 2025 marked a major breakthrough in his career. He played Park Geon-yeop in Study Group, Jin Hyun-oh in Crushology 101 and Kim Nam-hyeop in One: High School Heroes. It also appears in Trigger plays the role of Kang Seong-jun and makes a cameo appearance in Dear X.
In 2026, Hong Min-gi landed several leading roles. He played Im Jae-yi in the historical romance To My Beloved Thief, and then Hyun Chi-yeon in the medical drama Doctor on the Edge. He also reprises the role of Park Geon-yeop in Study Group Season 2. These projects are gradually confirming his transition from supporting roles to leading roles.
