Moon Sang-min (Moon Sang-min) is a South Korean actor and model born on April 14, 2000, in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. He first studied modeling at Hanlim Multi Art School before continuing his education at Sungkyunkwan University.
He began his career as a model in 2018, then made his acting debut the following year in Real High Romance. He then appears in 4 Reasons Why I Hate Christmas, Finally Stained and The Mermaid Prince: The Beginning.
In 2021, he gained visibility thanks to My Name, before reaching a major turning point in 2022 with Under the Queen's Umbrella. His portrayal of the great Prince Seongnam earned him several awards, including the Best New Actor award at the 2023 Baeksang Arts Awards.
He then continues with the two parts of After-School Duty in 2023. In 2024, he played the lead roles in Impossible Marriage and Cinderella at 2 AM, while making an appearance in Love Your Enemy. He also became the host of the music show Music Bank.
In 2026, Moon Sang-min returns to historical dramas To My Beloved Thief, in which he plays Yi Yeol, also known as Grand Prince Do Wol.
His career continues to grow, with several projects announced for 2027, including B.I.B. and The Miracles of the Namiya General Store, as well as another leading role planned for Dameul Neomji Masio (Do Not Climb Over the Wall).
