Cashero tells the story of Kang Sang-ung, a community center worker who leads a simple life and dreams only of becoming a homeowner. Everything changes when he inherits superhuman power... with one totally unexpected condition: his strength depends on the exact amount of money he has on him. The more cash he has, the more powerful he becomes. But every time he uses his abilities, his wallet is emptied.
In front of his fiancée Min-suk (played by Kim Hye-joon), Kang Sang-ung makes a not very reassuring demonstration: "The more money I have on me, the stronger I become." But as soon as the money disappears, replaced by a few coins, he worries: "And when I use this power... the money disappears. There's nothing left. What am I supposed to do?"
Around him gravitate other key figures: Byun Ho-in (played by Kim Byung-chul) and Bang Eun-mi (Kim Hyang-gi), as well as antagonists Jonathan (Lee Chae-min) and his sister Joanna (Kang Han-na), hunters of people with supernatural powers. Fans will be delighted to welcome back the duo seen in Bon appétit, your majesty this summer.

Funny, lighthearted—a great Korean-style superhero drama.
That's what I call good entertainment that does the job!
Junho is my first K-drama favorite, so I might not be totally objective, BUT I’ll admit this isn’t exactly a crazy role for him 😀 I see it as a little laid-back interlude between two bigger projects… but whatever—I liked the character.
ABOVE ALL, I was looking forward to seeing Lee Chae-min’s role—I loved him in *Bon Appétit*—but he takes forever to show up and doesn’t appear until halfway through the series… but wow… he’s my favorite character in the show! A top-notch psychopath—it suits him perfectly!! I want more roles like that for him! 😀
