Crash 2

Launched in 2024, «Crash» stood out for its focus on investigations into traffic-related crimes, a subject that had been largely unexplored in Korean dramas. The series follows the Traffic Crime Investigation (T.C.I.), a specialized unit that tracks down those responsible for traffic violations and crimes committed on the roads.

At the time, the drama was a remarkable success, becoming the second-most-watched series in ENA's history in terms of viewership at that time.

In this new season, Lee Min-ki reprises his role as Cha Yeon-ho, an investigator with exceptional analytical skills. Able to spot the tiniest clues and uncover the hidden causes behind accidents, he will continue to play a central role in the investigations. Alongside him, Kwak Sun-young reprises her role as Min So-hee, a formidable investigator who combines a particularly keen instinct with martial arts skills honed in the field.

The duo will once again be able to count on their colleagues, each of whom brings skills that are essential to solving cases.

Heo Sung-tae returns as Jung Chae-man, the team leader. A pillar of the T.C.I. unit, he still carries the pain of having lost his wife in a hit-and-run accident. Lee Ho-chul, meanwhile, reprises his role as Woo Dong-gi, a big-hearted analyst with a particular talent for observing and interpreting data.

Finally, Moon Hee will reprise her role as Eo Hyun-kyung, an investigator specializing in intelligence gathering who is also formidable when it comes to taking action, thanks to her martial arts skills.

This season's newest addition, NCT's Jisung plays Ji Dae-se, a young, enthusiastic rookie cop. With a tight-knit team, a nationwide setting, and ramped-up action, «Crash 2» seems determined to outdo its first season.

In Season 2, cases will no longer be limited to a specific geographic area: the team will face traffic crimes on a national scale. This change is expected to lead to larger-scale investigations and adversaries using increasingly sophisticated methods.
