The Story

Once admired for her beauty, Kang Joo-eun (Shin Min-ah) has become an overwhelmed lawyer who has gradually neglected her health. After being left by her long-time partner, she decides to take control of her life again. Her path then crosses that of Kim Young-ho (So Ji-sub), a famous fitness trainer who has worked with Hollywood stars and hides both his true identity and the emotional scars of his past. He agrees to help her get back into shape, but their relationship quickly goes beyond mere training. As they spend time together, Joo-eun and Young-ho discover each other’s vulnerabilities and learn to support one another. Amid personal transformation, old wounds, and budding feelings, their encounter will gradually change the way they view love, health, and happiness.
