Mr. Shin (played by Han Seok-gyu) runs a fried chicken restaurant. Charismatic, generous and a natural conversationalist, he's much more than just a shopkeeper. A true neighborhood mediator, he intervenes whenever a conflict breaks out between neighbors. Thanks to his ability to listen and his talent for negotiation, he is able to defuse tensions effectively. Always on the side of justice, he never backs down in the face of injustice, however discreet.
