Born on October 31, 1991, in Seoul, Byeon Woo-seok is a South Korean actor and model who has become one of the major rising stars of the new generation of K-dramas. Before taking the small screen by storm, he began his career as a model in 2010, where his tall stature, natural elegance, and charisma quickly helped him stand out.

He gradually began his acting career with appearances in several popular dramas such as Dear My Friends, Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo or even Live Up to Your Name. After several supporting roles, he began to attract more attention in 2019 with Search: WWW and above all Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency, where he proved his potential.
Its popularity rose sharply in 2020 thanks to Record of Youth, alongside Park Bo-gum and Park So-dam, in which he plays Won Hae-hyo, a model-turned-actor seeking to step out of the shadow of his privileged background.
