Apartment tells the story of Hae KangA former gang member now determined to get his hands on hidden money circulating in a residential complex. To achieve his goal, he runs for head of the residents' association... But as he digs deeper, he unwittingly finds himself embroiled in a investigation into corruption in the building. What was supposed to be a simple opportunistic operation turns into a a journey of redemptionHae Kang becomes a hero in the eyes of the locals.
Ji Sung will play Park Hae Kang, former leader of the Oasis gang renowned for its impressive debt collection rate... of 0 %. To raise 10 billion won to save Yong Man, an important father figure to him, he becomes president of his building's residents' association.
Opposite him, Ha Yun-kyung will play Kang Ha Ri, a young woman who dreamed of becoming a lawyer with the prestigious firm We Partners. Eventually confined to a position as a free legal consultant, she gradually finds herself involved in Park Hae Kang's business affairs.
The drama will also feature Park Byung-eun as Lee Choong Won, described as a “villain de luxe”, and Moon So-ri as Jang Sook Jin, an invasive neighbor who's always in over her head.
