Based on a hit webtoon, «Sister, I Am the Queen in This Life» tells the story of a woman who has been abandoned by everyone closest to her: her fiancé, her sister, and her parents.

Kim Tae-ri may soon be returning to the small screen. According to several Korean media outlets, the actress is reportedly in talks to play the lead role in «Sister, I Am the Queen in This Life» (working title), the drama adaptation of the popular Naver webtoon.

On July 1, an industry representative stated that the actress had received an offer to join the project. Her agency, Management mmm, confirmed the report, noting that Kim Tae-ri was currently considering the offer favorably.

If his participation is confirmed, this would be his first drama since «Jeongnyeon.» The project is expected to enter pre-production in the second half of 2026, with filming scheduled for next year.
