Seo Eun-soo, born on March 2, 1994, in Busan, is a South Korean actress who has gradually made a name for herself in K-dramas through roles that blend romance, thriller, and fantasy.
She made her television debut in 2016 in Jealousy Incarnate, before appearing in Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim. Starting in 2017, her career took off with two leading roles: Ryu Mi-rae in Duel, a science-fiction thriller, followed by Seo Ji-soo in the family drama series My Golden Life, which plays a major role in its popularity.
She continued in 2018 with The Smile Has Left Your Eyes and above all Senior Management, in which she plays Yoo Eun-sung. In 2019, she became the lead actress in Legal High, a Korean adaptation of the Japanese series of the same name, while making a notable appearance in Hotel del Luna.
In 2020, she joined Missing: The Other Side in the role of Choi Yeo-na. After a period during which she focused more on film, notably with The Witch: Part 2. The Other One, she's back in the spotlight in dramas with Unlock the Boss in 2022, in which she plays Jung Se-yeon.
In 2024, Seo Eun-soo plays Lee Hae-joo in Chief Detective 1958, a crime prequel set in Korea in the late 1950s. It continues this shift toward more assertive characters with Made in Korea in 2025, in which she plays investigator Oh Ye-jin.
Her presence grows even stronger in 2026. She reprises the role in Made in Korea Season 2 and also plays the lead role of Yoon Seo-jin in Gift. From My Golden Life à Chief Detective 1958 then Made in Korea, Seo Eun-soo has thus built a diverse filmography, alternating between melodramas, thrillers, and genre films.
